Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha believe that the world needs more women in charge. They've started work to turn that belief into reality, at least on the set of Girls Will Be Girls, their new film. Through the support of Berlinale and the persistence of their director Shuchi, Ali and Richa are going to have an all-girl crew.
